I have been playing Yu-Gi-Oh TCG for about 5 months now. Having built about 15 decks I would say 12 or straight from the source. Caesar and Maddie have always been helpful and insightful with my deck building process and getting my decks together and ready for pickup. My most recent pickups here were raid Raptor and tenpai dragons which put together by Edgar! His diligence and patience and looking for each and every card that was necessitated for the build is greatly appreciated. Transacting here feels more like player to player rather than clerk to consumer. I will be continuing to build decks with them as I take this journey into Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. Looking forward to the day that I am shouting them out in a Deck Profile video in a well-deserved Top Cut. I had visited Collector's lounge first time was roughly a month ago since Perfect rares was not opened yet, so found two cards that are opened within a reasonable distance from one another, and they were absolutely phenomenal. I was building a blue eyes deck there were some cards that don't have in stock so I bought the one's they have, but also bought some 25th Secret rare as well becoming a bit a collector of specific monsters, one person who is currently works there suggests I built a blue eyes deck that is more focused on ritual summoning did tried that on master duel with his suggestions, and was able to make it work. I may drop by to see if they have single cards from 25th rarity collection 2 specifically blue eyes support which would hard to find, and preferably...

Very poor management and poor customer service. If you’re looking for specific cards they won’t help you find them. They’ll just say that all the cards you ask for are sold out without even checking. The cards I was looking for weren’t even rare cards. I was the only person in the store and I asked if they could look for a card and they said no and went back to playing on their tablet. They said they didn’t have time to look through all their cards, so I returned 2 weeks later and they said the same exact thing. Save yourself the trip and you can find many other card shops with way better...
