I had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 11:00 a.m., but when I arrived, the salon door was locked. I knocked, called several times, and even texted, but received no response. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with no update. When I finally texted her directly asking about my appointment, she replied within seconds saying she had just woken up and asked me to give her an hour. I don’t believe she was actually sleeping when I called and texted, because her response came literally five seconds after I directly asked the question.

This was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only did she cancel my appointment without notifying me, but she also ignored my calls and texts while I was waiting outside. I had a flight to catch the next morning and other things I needed to get done that day, so this really pissed me off and almost ruined my plans.

She did my hair once before and did a good job, which was why I returned, but this kind of behavior is a major turn-off and pushes customers away. After this experience, I will not be...

I love Sara! She is all about healthy hair. She will let you bring in your own products but observe what's going on w/your hair and give advise accordingly. Because she's Egyptian she has the tension roller set down pat on the tension rollers. It's a better roller set then the original roller set. My hair always has body. She can either blow or flat iron based on your preference. She does such a good job with the roller set that sometime I pass on any additional heat. I can oil my scalp and saran wrap for a smooth silky wrap when I get home on my own just to avoid heat. I suggest calling first because she does hair weaves as well and she's usually busy.
