Our recent visit to Kids Empire was nothing short of amazing, and I felt compelled to share our experience—especially because of the exceptional customer service we received from two outstanding team members, Hector and CJ.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Hector was at the front desk and immediately made us feel welcomed. He patiently explained the layout of the facility, the safety rules, and the available play zones, all while engaging with my kids directly—which made them feel included and excited. He even offered great tips for navigating the space based on their ages and interests, which I really appreciated as a parent trying to make the most of our visit.

Inside the play area, the environment was clean, vibrant, and well-maintained. The various climbing structures, slides, obstacle courses, and spinning wheels kept the kids entertained for hours. I was especially impressed by the attention to safety throughout the facility—everything felt very thoughtfully designed to let kids have fun while minimizing any risks.

But what really stood out was the staff attentiveness. CJ, who was supervising the play zones, was incredibly observant and helpful. He kept a close eye on the kids, always ready to offer a hand or redirect them with kindness and positivity when needed. There was a moment when my youngest got a little overwhelmed on one of the higher structures, and CJ quickly noticed and gently guided him down, reassuring him and making him laugh in the process. That kind of awareness and care speaks volumes.

Throughout our time there, Hector and CJ continually checked in—not in a way that interrupted play, but in a way that showed they truly cared about creating a great experience for everyone. Their communication was friendly, clear, and genuine, and they clearly take pride in their work.

As a parent, it's a huge relief to know your children are playing in a safe, well-managed environment with staff who not only enjoy what they do but are really good at it. Hector and CJ went above and beyond, and they are a big part of why we’ll definitely be returning to Kids Empire.

If you're looking for a clean, fun, high-energy play space for your kids with top-tier customer service, Kids Empire should absolutely be at the top of your list. Big thanks again to Hector and CJ for making our visit...

We used to visit Kids Empire Plaza Fiesta regularly, and it was always one of our favorite places. It felt cozy, fun, and welcoming — a perfect space for kids to play and relax. One staff member who’s been there since the beginning still works there, and we’re very grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

Unfortunately, our most recent visit left us quite disappointed. Something has clearly changed — either the policies or the staff, but the atmosphere is no longer the same.

At the front desk, we were told that if we didn’t change our child’s socks to ā€œstandardā€ ones, we would have to leave. We always use grip socks with rubber soles to help prevent slipping, especially since the floors can be quite slick. But instead of offering a solution or compromise, the staff member gave us an ultimatum. It felt unnecessarily strict and inflexible.

Additionally, one of the new employees continuously walks around the play area making repeated comments and corrections to children. It feels less like a playground and more like a place full of restrictions. My child couldn’t freely run or enjoy the space because of constant supervision and rules.

A playground should be a place where kids can let loose, have fun, and do the things they can’t do at home — like jump, shout, and play freely. But here, even that seems discouraged.

While writing this review, my child slipped and fell several times due to the slick floors. I wanted to leave, as the experience was completely ruined… but I stayed for my child’s sake, so their fun wouldn’t be affected.

One positive note I’d like to mention: we accidentally lost our keys during our visit, and the staff found and returned them to us. We truly appreciate their honesty and quick help — thank you!

Staff needs to be better educated on policy. We were told outside food was allowed and instead of admitting their mistake and making up for it, was corrected and left alone. This would be whatever if business wasnt saying if you were unsatisfied then they would make up for it. Got a dry apology and treated as if we should read better than the staff. It's weird there's so many tables but not serving real food here but you can pay extra to eat outside food there as I saw people with Stanley cups and personal food at the birthday party. Nephew got stuck and was hanging from the bands for really long time and no staff helped. A parent had to climb in and up to help him. Big and grown people were in the play area without a kid with them going down slides and down the bands and was not corrected, dangerous and could have squashed children. Also no shoes while going to bathrooms was gross. Reminds me that the place can't be as sanitary as they hope. Was giving monkey joes without the attentive staff and food. Place did have potential although I doubt I'd be back. The nephew getting stuck and no attentive staff was...

This place is amazing. Endless thrills for kids from ages 2-12. My kids play for hours and the staff is always super friendly and happy to be there. Parents are allowed to play with their kids and it’s actually fun for adults too. The slides are very fast! Theres a mega block area and a soccer field and the playground is massive and impressively clean. The price is definitely worth it because tickets are good for the day if you leave and come back. They have bumper cars and a dance party room with a cool glow light mural as well as an amazing toddler area with a ball pit and ride on toys. Yummy snacks drinks and ice cream are available when the kids need a break. I was happy to find that the bathrooms are impeccable. Overall i see us spending a lot of time here in the future and im excited to have a location so close to home now 😁
