Customer service/contact line is basically useless, and they have no interest in improving their hosts or customer service relations. Some of their hosts are great (Derrik, Gail, Finn are all awesome!) but others are incredibly rude and the management has no interest in weeding the good from the bad/doing any kind of quality control. They literally rely on other (good) karaoke hosts to volunteer their time for free to babysit the hosts that DON’T put in the effort. Real shame, could be a great outfit!!

EDIT after response from owner: There is a reason I’ve left a review for the karaoke company and not the bar. I have no issue with the bar, Enoch’s Sports Lounge, and would highly recommend their establishment. They’ve always had wonderful bartenders, pool, darts, and karaoke UNTIL this karaoke company began working there. Since they’ve begun working there, multiple customers have had multiple issues with their karaoke service lacking in quality and professionalism. I am saddened to see this happen, and left my review in the hopes that this karaoke company could modify their business in order to avoid negatively affecting the establishments they work within. It’s a shame they instead decide to deflect and refuse responsibility at all costs. Your host made ablelist comments to me, a hard of hearing person. I did not yell or insult her in response, I simply walked away. My husband reacted in a way that I VOCALLY disapproved of in the moment AND following the event, and yet I have continued to be lumped in with him as if I am his property and not an independent person. I went to stadium club last night with some friends and we had such a great time! I like the size of the bar and that there were many areas to do things while waiting for your turn to sing. The hosts name was Fred aka Bear. He was very approachable and he immediately greeted me with a smile. He went over and above to locate the songs we had asked for! I have attended many Elite shows with other hosts I love dearly like Julio and Rocke. I gotta say, Fred just placed on my list of favorite Elite hosts! His rotation management was on point and was quick to get the mic in the next singers hand and start the song. His sound was very balanced even with duets! He gave perfect amount of effects to make the sound of the space feel larger than it actually was. Way to go Fred! As a fellow karaoke host, I will definitely keep him in mind when I have a night off and want to go out singing...

Best Karaoke service in town by far. The owner cares about each and every person and has more integrity in his little finger than most DJ's in the business period. He will turn down a 20 dollar tip because he wont be unfair to anyone and move your position for money. Not only is Mike fair but he keeps his standards across all DJ's that work for him and keeps the best equipment and makes sure his people know how to make you sound decent and not wanna wear earplugs. I've been to a lot of other venues that in comparison are nails on a chalk board. Mic quality and speaker quality matter. You get what you pay for and the following he's created because people know quality make his businesses shine.
