The manager on the morning shift (9/12) was extremely rude, and unfortunately, some of the baristas were as well. You would expect employees in this location—especially since it’s surrounded by offices with professional people—to have basic manners and professionalism. It seems like there’s a serious lack of training, and it’s especially disappointing coming from a manager with years of experience. My coworkers and I have all placed orders here, and none of us have had good experiences with this manager. At this point, it feels like the company simply doesn’t care about customer service. There have also been multiple issues with my orders. One time, my drink was made incorrectly and instead of fixing it, the manager actually made me pay for a remake. On other occasions, they’ve forgotten to include items that were clearly listed on my receipt. These are basic mistakes that show a lack of care and attention. On top of that, my friends have experienced what seemed to be discriminatory treatment from this same manager. For example, one friend was told to park and walk inside to pick up a drink that was clearly sitting on the table, even though she was already at the drive-thru picking up several other drinks. Read moreI stopped into this starbucks for the first time on my way into work. I proceeded to the restroom before ordering because I had to use it urgently but it was locked and required permission to use it from the staff. I asked them for access and the barista told me it was for customers only and I had to make a purchase first. There was also a line to order which only gave me more reason to use the restroom prior to ordering. I explained that I am purchasing a coffee but I needed the restroom ASAP. Instead of giving me access, she whispered something to another associate (which I was unable to hear) and the other associate responded to her out loud mentioning the same response regarding it being for customers only. I decided to move on from this starbucks and told them never mind since they were keeping their restroom hostage and for some reason felt that I wasn't telling the truth when I said I will be purchasing a coffee. The ladies were also very dry and had the demeanor that I was lying to them the whole time. I have never been to a starbucks where they would make a large deal for using the restroom. This is also is a nicer part of town in which I can't imagine them having an issue with people using their restroom without making a purchase. Read morePlaced a mobile order at 8:50am that was to be ready in 7-10 minutes. Walked in at 9:10am and waited an additional 20 minutes for one sandwich. This place is ALWAYS out of alot of items, every time we go. They are not to bad at serving drinks in a timely matter however they are so incredibly slow with the food items. If you order ahead, allow them at least a half an hour for food items but know that your drink will be sitting there waiting for 25 minutes. Best bet is to order drinks separately right before you go to pick up. This place is awful. We try not to go there if possible. People are incredibly nice!!!
UPDATE: Originally this location was less than desirable (September 2019) and I reviewed with one star. We have recently been going there very frequently and there has been great improvement. Ordering food is still on the slow side however drinks are fast. When the girls make the drinks they are pretty weak and they don't know how to mix honey into a cold drink but when all of the gentleman are working, the honey is mixed in perfectly and the drinks aren't watery. Great job men! You have made my decision to update my 1 star to 3! Everyone at this location is super nice...
