August 28th 2019 was our first visit at Kidiatrics Orthodontist for my youngest daughters orthodontist evaluation. Today is a BIG day for my youngest daughter she gets her braces off! 🎊From the first time we walked in the front office girls were so friendly and welcoming. The financing was painless quick and easy Hazel is always on top of things and communicates everything from beginning to end and always returns her calls. Dr. Lee was the Dr. we started off with and she was sweet, patient and very informative with every visit. The new Dr. Is just the same very sweet, informative and always available to speak to you and explain the next steps. The assistants work so well with the kids and adults alike. Yes! adults come here too and even some get braces on with their kids to go through the journey together. What a great way to keep each other accountable. I now have brought my oldest daughter to get her braces on here and her teeth are looking great! The environment is very inviting and I loooove that they play music in the back where the kids are getting treated and play movies 🍿 in the front waiting area. They have a coffee bar and water station. They offer disposable tooth brushes so kids can brush their teeth before their visit and a cute area for them to brush their teeth. The bathroom is always clean and supplied. They always have little contests for the kids for a chance to win prizes and even have a kids ice cream cart. Having tried out many facilities here in Chandler - we are always a little hesitant when going to a new place...but Donna and Carol were absolutely amazing! - I took all three boys of my young boys 10, 8, and 4 - and they were in and out for their appointments and they came out smiling amd had a great experience at the dentist- which as a parent you know is huge!

The facilities in are uber nice for the kids with games for them to play before their appointment and they can window shop and get excited about the toy they get post appointment.

Dr. V was exactly what we hoped for - he took the time to explain the procedures to us and let us know any concerns he had - and how he was going to handle the boys - based on their age and personality - not just their teeth - thank you Doc - you made me comfortable so my kids were comfortable

Their cost was the most expensive compared to two other quotes we received however we felt most comfortable here. They are great with Kids. Hazel was one of the reasons why we chose Kidiatric dental. I had mentioned to Hazel before choosing Kidiatric ortho that afternoon appointments work best for us and Hazel mentioned oh yes, absolutely and front office with work with you. However I think they should have set an expectation from the beginning that afternoon appointments are rare. Depending on the type of appointment, it may have to be mornings and or afternoon appointments are hardly available. For this entire year I’ve only been able to schedule one afternoon appointment and the rest have been mornings. It’s difficult for us. I’m hoping we don’t have to switch orthodontics. That’s a con for us besides the cost being the highest compared to two other quotes.

Update two months later. we are now in October, scheduling for November and still not able to get an appointment after noon. 8 am to 10 am are the options.

So far all year I’ve only been able to schedule one afternoon...
