I love this location, food and staff are great. Come here frequently for treats for my kids. About once a month I treat them after school. I tried to make yesterday my treat day and couldn't even access the parking lot. I'm not sure what has changed in the last few weeks, but there were cars lined up and backed up from every exit. We waited 20 minutes in the line and didn't move at all. I tried to go around the line because it didn't appear to be related to your location, however there was no way to enter. We will try again, but if this is the new norm for your location after school, we will have to go to a different location. :(

Possibly the most actively customer-hostile establishment I have ever visited. It felt like I had just walked into a TSA screening line. Passive aggressive paper signs scattered throughout the store hint at the story of an outright toxic management team fighting a losing battle with the local teenage hooligans. Once I have purchased my food, it is not your right to tell me who I am and am not allowed to share it with—get lost. Great ice cream, but the employees seemed confused about who's order was who's, where it was—and when it was ready, ours just sat on the counter for 5 minutes before anyone realized.

Best experience ever... Hunter Y’s exceptional service and going over and beyond to serve us was so appreciated! We aren’t sure of the other employees names, but everyone was so kind and friendly! We loved the final topper of a “pup cup” for our pooch, that was “on the house”! Fantastic way to have customers coming back over and over. We live in Michigan and we were just passing through, but we just wanted to share our wonderful experience to encourage everyone to drop in. Also kudos to the management to have such a wonderful staff. 🎉🎉

Worst customer service ever...My wife and I went there on Friday 2/15 at 6:29 PM ordered the same thing we always get. Two medium Reese's peanut butter cup blizzards with extra candy well mixed. We waited at the open window in the drive through for at least 5 - 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there, they then took our money and left us sitting there for another two-three minutes. The guy came back handed me the blizzards and started to walk away, I stopped him because both blizzards looked like plain jane white ice cream. When I asked about that he said all the candy is on the BOTTOM. ( Really I thought is was supposed to be mixed into the ice cream.) When I rather loudly expressed my displeasure the guy walked away and said " I ant dealin with this" At that point another guy came over and asked what was wrong, after showing him the blizzards he agreed it was wrong and remade both of them. When i first saw the place, there were a bunch of kids there. Smells like B.O. and the place is really dirty. Some of the employees are really mean and others are really nice. The bathrooms are also dirty. If you are looking to come with family and relax don't go monday to friday from 2 to 5 because thats when it gets packed with clusters of kids. If you are looking for a sweet cold dessert then the ice cream cones and blizzards are amazing. If you're trying to get food, i would not recommend coming here. The food is not the worst but it also isn't the best. If you order a cake don't expect to eat it right when you buy it. It takes about one hour to thaw. The wait is long and I wouldn't recommend ordering...
