I DO NOT recommend this place. The assistant manager Michael, (shorter man with long hair in a man bun) was extremely rude and snappy to me when I had questions about the oil change process. He kept getting snappy and in my opinion very rude to the other employee helping him as well, I don’t think it bothered the guy it kind of looked like he was used to his harsh attitude on a daily basis. The worst part was when he went to the bathroom twice and was gone for 15 minutes the first time and i don’t even know how long the second time was because the other employee ended up guiding me out after he was done finishing up my vehicle. After I got on the highway and my under shield wasn’t installed properly and almost ripped off, I had to buy new clips and thank goodness the nice people at advanced auto were there to help me get my shield back on. I wish I could say this is the first time I’m dealing with an issue from this, I came in about a month ago in my fathers vehicle and waited almost 30 minutes in the bay while both assistant managers Michael and I believe his name is Shawn (a bigger tall man) were arguing with each other right infront of my vehicle and when I finally received service Michael just ranted about the guy the entire time. I spent over $100 for an oil change and an oil filter which, according to them, should also include a quick check of a few items and then topping off your fluids. Which they did not do, I called afterward to ask what the service includes she explained it to me so I then asked why those things were not done. I spoke with a manager told me she was going to follow up and see why those things were not done, never received a call back so I called back a week later. she proceeded to tell me that she viewed the cameras and that they did top off the fluids. But when I asked her what vehicle she was looking at on the camera she was unable to tell me. how is it that you're looking at a car on the camera but you don't know what car you're looking for or looking at.. and the main reason I'm upset is because my car did not have any problems before bringing it in and now it does.. Read moreThey changed my oil and cracked my oil pan. I purchased a Groupon for them. I normally go to Jiffy Lube in Naperville and have for years. I figured I'd give them a try. I got home after the oil change and noticed a very large puddle of oil. I brought it back. Gentleman says the oil pan is cracked, and I probably hit a pothole etc. They attempted a repair with JB Weld. It is still leaking. I spoke to Aaron store Mgr who told me tough luck basically.
I called corporate and they told me they would contact the area manager. No response from Kristin area manager. Called again. No response. I now have 3 calls in. I spike to Jiffy Lube and apologized profusely for cheating in them. They told me protocol is NOT to change anything with a cracked oil pan and to let the customer know bc apparently it.could get worse. So here I am with a cracked oil pan and no response.
Do yourself a favor. Stick with Jifdy Lube and not a corporate entity but individually owned. More attentive to their customers needs. And whatever you do, don't go to...
