This place was very unfair with the rental rates. I rented a jack hammer at 2:30 pm and was told I could get it at a 2 hour rate considering they closed at 5:00pm. This would have been a 2 and a half hour rental. Could not get the tool back by 5:00 pm that night, so I brought it bthisack before they opened the nevext day. I was charged a full day rental. I would have been okay with a half day rental but that flatly refused and charged me the full day rental for 2 and a half hour of use. They were rude and I will never use this company again and will...

Worst Customer servcie EVER!!!... They only rent junk anyways.. your better off to just go buy whatever tool you need, Rented from there 2 xs, both times got the tool/device home - didnt work - for crap.. when you try and gte some help or assisatnce, they send some kid oout who doesnt care and doesnt know. Some guy there, John, is real peice of work too. Ther eis another rental place a little further away if you live in Minooka or Channahon,, worth the trip...my son just rented from ther e- I told him not too... did work out for...

I rented some chairs from them for a wedding event(the same ones I had rented the previous year for another event)and when I got home I noticed they were really beat up and in bad shape. When returning them I voiced my concerns being very polite and was told “You should’ve bought our more expensive chairs.” It shouldn’t matter if they were the cheapest thing in there, they should still be kept in good condition so you can get more business. I just know we will definitely be looking elsewhere for rentals...
