I don’t leave bad reviews ever but Zach didn’t do what I asked. Over charged from the agreed upon cost and time frame. For some reason, it’s the only tattoo that I’ve gotten an infection from. Stuck now having to have another artist clean it up. Zach was terrible.

Jay, I'm not sure why or how to reply on these reviews but here's what I have to say in regards to your response.

Yes, Zach and I discussed the hourly rate of $150 per hour and I had timed the entire interaction of the tattoo. My price at the end should've been $300 and Zach gouged me for $400 unprompted. So I was 100% charged more than $150 per hour, I'm not sure where you're getting that I "didn't even pay that". After seeing the result of the tattoo, I wanted to get out of there. I was heavily disappointed with the tattoo. I asked for black and grey with minimal color, Zach did the polar opposite and did pretty much all color. It's not what I asked for and if I wasn't laying down in the position I was, I would've likely caught it sooner and called him out.

In regards to the infection, Zach was eating literally right before the tattoo and didn't even wash his hands, this was just one observation. I just felt it was interesting that after ALL my tattoos in my life, the ONLY one to get infected was the one I received at Super...

Cory is an extremely talented artist and I have been going to him for years. He always exceeds my expectations for my tattoo ideas and goes above and beyond to make sure I like it. He will collaborate with you on everything from design to sizing and placement. I have added a picture of my most recent tattoo from him that I can’t stop looking at even almost a year after getting it. The shop is always very clean and tidy as well with professionalism all around. Getting a tattoo there is such a great experience. Cory, Jay, Zack, and Curtis all contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with conversations shared throughout the shop. It is reminiscent of a good barbershop in that aspect. I recently had some work done by Cory, and my expectations were exceeded! I sent him some pictures of a bear and some flowers from a trip to Alaska, and he created a beautiful piece for me. Not only was my tattoo better than what I had hoped for, I was cracking up the entire time. The banter between the artists at Super Sauce is hilarious. Extra bonus….
