Trash apartments don’t recommend to anyone the manager at these apartments is the definition of a slum lord demands rent but doesn’t fix any issues there severely rat infested and roaches. I use to open my refrigerator and see roaches in there and have to throw away good food.. even when cooking they would fall from the fan that’s on top of the stove into my dishes while cooking.. 🤢🤢🤮🤮 My children got sick due to fleas from the rats and all the dogs that people just randomly go drop off there to rid themselves of them and she doesn’t do anything about.. she paints over mold and considers them newly renovated.. And also beware before signing contract she’s a one in a thousand type of landlord( like I said slumlord) best definition yet I have found and could describe her..DO NOT RENT ESPECIALLY IF YOU...

i have lived here for two years, the maintenance staff is here every morning, nice people, they fix a lot of stuff, but im a DYi kinda person, so, i haven't had many problems yet that i couldn't handle on my own, and the ones i needed help with they came and fixed it

good place to live, just take care of your space, you shouldn't have any issues

EDIT: 6 years on now, I think the management has changed twice, the current owners have really turned this place around, and still are working on it, they did a phenomenal job fixing my air conditioner, which, unknown to me, had been installed poorly just before i moved in, the heat wave makes its improved performance stand out (its still incredibly hot, but still, far better than it was) still a great...

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! BAD INFESTATION OF RATS and ROACHES!! THEY KNOW AND THEY DONT CARE! They have BLACK MOLD! The apartment complex is NOT SAFE!! CABLE WIRES HANGING EVERYWHERE YOU TURN! SOME OF THE PILLARS ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE ROOF! THEY DUCT TAPE THE RAILING ON THE SECOND STORY TO HOLD IT TOGETHER , BROKEN WINDOWS please I advise you DO NOT STAY HERE!! i don’t even know how they are still running this crappy dumb! they have washers and drys BUT NOT ALL OF THEM WORK!
