@JackBox I just had a terrible experience at my local Jack in the Box. Address is 14643 Woodforest Blvd, Houston, TX 77015
I've had plenty of issues with this location before, but today was the worst. I ordered three Sourdough Jack's, two with no ketchup, one with no tomato. I got 2 burgers, both with no ketchup or tomato. I go into the store to correct the issue. They then gave me three burgers, all no tomato and no ketchup. They then took the same burgers, and added the missing condiments to the same burgers they gave me. Burgers were cold by now, obviously.
I called the customer service line to complain. I was offered for the district manager to speak with them, and offered my next meal free. I don't want free food, I just want to come to this restaraunt and get my order right.
I get a call from the district manager, who tells me that they wasted nine burgers and I just wanted to complain. His solution was for me to either go to a different Jack in the Box, or write down my order for them every time I come to this location.
I just want the issues to be addressed, and had no idea where else to try and get some correction made. Thank you for your time.

Read moreI only gave them one star because it is the only way to leave this review. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage and cheese croissant. I get to the window and the cashier says we are out of cheddar biscuits. I told him I didn't order that I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. He just rings up the croissant with no egg. I ask where is my biscuit? He says we don't have any. I said so instead of telling me you no biscuits you just don't ring up that part of my oder without offering to at least give it to me on a croissant. Why did I receive two bacon ham and cheese croissants. Tried to call and the phone number is invalid. Three cars in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes just to get my order wrong and he rang it up at the window. SMMFH. This place never gets it right. They just need to get a new crew all together. After reading all the negative reviews and seeing that the owner is constantly posting the same thing, but apparently it's just a copy and paste response with the name of each customer changed. There is no real intent to improve the service or the food. Why not just shut it down if you don't care to do better or sell it to someone that has a genuine desire to be successful? This place is giving the chain a bad look and just might cause the entire franchise to be looked...
