Subway — Restaurant in Texas

If I could give it a 0 I would!!! Today I went and ordered 4 subs and I guess it was to much to handle when I was the only one in there not only that as soon as I walked in this new girl had an attitude as well as some short chubby light skinned older lady that has worked there for a while. What really upsetted me was when my son ordered turkey and pepperoni like he ordered ton much or something they looked at each other and said in Spanish how much should we charge her funny thing is I know Spanish when I went to go pay they told me it was 35$ no chips or drinks 35$ is how much I pay when I get chips and drinks so it was very shocking not only that every time I go there they never wanna break 100$ and of course they didn't wanna break 100$ this time either so I went to the gas station pretty mad and bought something I just got in my truck and left I thought the attitude was very rude and nasty and if they don't like the job they should find something different I ended up going to the one on Sheldon because my kids really wanted subway and I highly recommend it the people are very nice and professional !!! I won't be going back to the one on woodforest at all and the people at Sheldon charged me 25$ so the subway on woodforest was trying to rip me off ... if y'all ever go to the one on woodforest make sure they ain't over charging I'd just go to the one on sheldon...I know we all make mistakes but people shouldn't be ugly when doing customer service or bring there problems to work ..this subway needs to be more friendly and professional people feel so entitled now like they are doing...

This survey is strictly based on service received after 4 different visits and after 4, I will not be back. Takes forever to get sub made, told to order ahead. I did. I showed up and there were two employees, with one filling up the veggies and the other one just talking. No customer in the store. Simply forgot to look at orders and wasn't made. I was not the only order. Claimed it was busy. Next time, I ordered and waited extra time. 25 minutes. Show up and no one there and same thing. Told it was busy. They barely started on the sub. Hadn't put cheese on. Last and final time, ordered, gave extra time, sub was ready. But, and this is the big part, they wanted to see proof that I put the order in, even after I gave my name and order. My name is unique. No one is coming in with it. Racist? Not sure, but I'm not white. But that's 4 visits with...

I understand what you're stating My service wasn't that good either last night I asked for a special sandwich because of the certain days you know they get served special sandwiches and I asked for guacamole on my sandwich then I got a footlong I ate half last night and I was going to eat the other half tonight or in a while ago which is 10:36 for my early lunch and the guacamole was already bad I wouldn't even a 24-hour thing so I could not even eat my sandwich I had to throw it away it was very sad and I spent over what about $12 for this lovely sandwich and half of it was bad because I asked for guacamole on my sandwich she gave me the bad guacamole that is not very nice but next time I know not to go there I used to go there a lot You used to be more than my favorite spots too but the service has been bad...
