My brother went into pay his bill after work today. He didnt know the guys name, but said he is the heavy set, younger guy. He was VERY RUDE, refused to accept my brothers payment. My brother got a little irate over his payment not being accepted, cause he uses his phone for work. His boss gave him the money to pay his bill, but since this kid refused to take his payment, his phone is off, now hes going to have to explain WHY his phone is off when he was given the payment to pay it. This kid told my brother he cant accept his payment cause he didnt have the EXACT amount of the payment, and he didnt have change. Then, it was hes not allowed to give change, then, the final excuse was: he WAS going to accept his payment, as a courtesy, BUT since my brother got irate, hes NOT accepting his payment. He WAS accepting his payment as a courtesy? I didnt know it was a courtesy to accept payments there. This guy is rude ALL the time. When I made my payment, he commS FIRED nted on how I was interfering in him eating his lunch. He said let me move my lunch, then I will be right with you. Took his time putting it to side. When we went to pay and was going over offer she mentioned auto pay. I said no she explained a little more and I said no again. Then Mikey who was very proud to say he was the assistant started to push auto pay again. I refused 4 more times and he pushed again. Finally my husband said She said no 4 times and Mikey pushed it again and said to GET OUT his store that we should go to another location. Savannah has awesome customer service, however for Mikey being in management his customer service suffers greatly and he’s very immature. Please have Savannah train him.
