DC Electric — Local services in Charleroi

We had Dylan do a lot of electric work throughout our house. Our house was built in the 1930s and still had active knob and tube wiring, and most of the outlets were ungrounded 2-prong outlets. We wanted to remove the knob and tube wiring and update all the old outlets to safer, three-prong versions. I also wanted him to add new outlets in a couple areas to better utilize the space.

Dylan gave us a time window for his arrival and was right on time. He walked through the house with me, taking the time to understand my wants and needs. After hearing some of my goals, he even made recommendations that I didn't realize were possible for some of the areas, which greatly improved those spaces.

He took time to answer questions that I had, and walk through what he would do, and worked diligently throughout the day.

He was also great about being aware of where my pets were, making sure they were safe while he worked. My dog and cat loved him!

I was complaining I was getting electrocuted when I was doing laundry ... I hired D.c. electric and Dylan the owner actually was the one to come to my home do the work. I found them because they're local to me and i heard great things. Dylan told me i needed a ground wire the basement of my home and he did the job. This kept me from getting literally electrocuted in my basement while doing laundry. I'm so grateful. He was professional and informative and did the work as promised properly... Hands down the best electric company we have ever worked with. Over the past few years we have worked with multiple contractors for varies repairs, but these guys are by far the best. We were 18 hours away from the house they worked on for us and they did an outstanding job. Not only was the pricing fair for the work that was done they did a fantastic job communicating with us and getting us taken care of faster than any other company could/would have.
