I was ready to purchase a recliner for $499.00 at the Big Lots on 7200 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304.
My sales agent was John. We needed to measure the chair to make sure it would fit in our space. We gave John all the buying signals that we were interested. He was nice enough to give us the store number as well as the deliver name and address.

As the Owner and President of a company, good customer service and common sense would have dictated that John do two things (1) Check to make sure that the item was in stock (2) Go above and beyond to confirm that the delivery driver could make the delivery. Although independent he is still representing Big Lots.

Some of their stuff is quality though and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable so I...
