It’s only a matter of time before these locations are obsolete.
Along with plenty of other reviews I can also attest to how incredibly rude the manager is.
Everything is incredibly overpriced. For instance in cross lanes there was a small hyper tough plastic toolbox filled with random small items (catch all junk) and they were asking $100.
With our state in the condition it’s in, people just sell stolen items on marketplace and nobody actually buys from pawn anymore. If they do, they’re probably older. I can’t wait to see these places shut down.
I was a frequent customer but seeing as customer service and appreciation is not their forte, they currently sit with a brick. A MacBook that I’ve locked down because staff wasn’t familiar with all necessary steps to disassociate my info from the laptop.

Today the manager decided it is a good idea to pop off at the mouth while I was talking and dealing with a different customer service representative. Raised his voice then got upset when my voice got raised back. Changed his tune and apologized when I said I would leave a bad review and take my business elsewhere. The customer service rep was literally trying to keep the peace and the manager kept on running his mouth until I finally had to be like, I’m not afraid of 3 hots and a cot and the way he was talking to me made me want to punch him in the face. Then he was told to bring it up they could test the gold and would give him a thousand for it. So he brought it back and the guy had left and another employee said he didn't know why dude said that he doesn't have the authority to do that. So finally he gets a manager and everything is great looking on the watch but it doesn't have a blue tint on it so they don't know. Learn your product before you sell it.
