Almost this whole event was poorly organized. If this was your first big event you have a few things to learn. If this wasn’t then you are fairly bad at your job.

If we had barcodes on our registration emails, then why wasn’t registration digitized with printers. If you do want to continue rifling through folders then why don’t you have more lines for processing? The race was delayed nearly 40 minutes.

Why was there only one exit to the stadium? And why did you put the snacks at the exit, where you know people are going to want to come back in so that they can watch their families finish?

You ran out of cold water. I saw many people walking around with blue Powerade, so I assume you ran out of those also. At least you did not run out of bananas.

I sat in parking lot traffic for an hour, and when I got to the exit the road wasn’t even blocked off to let the cars out. The parking lot wasn’t being directed either so several people pushed their way in line and someone almost hit me.

You can go to one of their presentations (where they offer you a free trip or a free flight). Well, don't accept it. I did and the company that handles that free trip for you charges you fee after fee for managing it for them and when you make your flight, you pay more than you could have done it on your own. I even called to discuss this to them and they kept transferring me to some one and, finally, they hung up on me. ???? Anyway, don't accept their free anything. Second time I did the Firecracker 5 k. Again they ran out of medals and told me to wait in black tent. Told several times they were locating another box of medals to wait. I did for almost 20 min to be told there weren’t any. Went to get promised pizza and pasta food and absolutely nothing left.
