Serenbe Trailriding — Local services in Chattahoochee Hills

The town of Serenbe is quiet and serene and the horse ride here was just as perfect. Our guide Kristen was super friendly, informative, and made two novice riders like us extremely comfortable. Such a tranquil and beautiful experience and I really enjoyed getting to bond with my horse "Three". Kristen seemed to really enjoy her job and was so knowledgeable about the area, and horses in general. I think she and my girlfriend became trail friends too, so that's a bonus! I would definitely come here again and can imagine it being very beautiful in the spring. I also have to praise the manager Emma, who was super responsive, kind, and went above-and-beyond with her customer service skills to correct an error I made, that she did not have to. It was wet and rainy in the morning and the horseback riding manager reached out to us to reschedule for a dryer day. But we could not reschedule and had to cancel it. The ride was for our daughter who visited us during that time, and she had to leave next day. I requested a refund ($165), but the manager did not respond to me since then. I called the manager and the office multiple times, but no word so far. Their strategy is 'not to respond until the customer gives up.' Lack of customer service and no refund policy are the two problems...

Thank you so much, Crystal! My kids had a very happy time! Crystal was not only patient but very careful and answered all of my kids' questions with a smile. Dakota was our horse for the kid hour, and he was the most gentle horse that I could hope for my kids to have since it was their first time on a horse. We will for sure return!
