Sit outside of Atlanta, a serene quaint planned community in the town of Serenbe. Reminds me of how simple life was back in the olden days.... Everyone knows everyone type of town, felt safe, lush landscape not to mention clean fresh air. Farm fresh meal-gourmet food connoisseurs haven. Catering to the health conscious individual; focus is all about wellness. Menu like Veggilicious grilled squash & eggplant with avocado a favorite with some family members. The beef Certified Angus a hit with the teen's.The peppermint hot cocoa was delicious. I had Lil Smokey. Salmon sandwich was salty and they gave me a lot. The different spices give the meal an added kick... with names like pickles carrot and ginger, or spicy pickle okra if you like. [No not for me okra] My favorite the fresh baked soft cookies and brownies for the kids, melt in your mouth. It's a family friendly coffee shop & bakery and it's the town.

Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if this was worth $40USD. (Not pictured are three cookies we also got) Yes, it was good... but only just as solid, average, you've-likely-had-similar-elsewhere types of dishes. Myself, I wasn't a fan of the pasta salad, though the person it was for liked it just fine. The burger was cooked medium rare, had decent flavor. The Mediterranean chicken was a little dry, good flavor. Coleslaw was simple, dressing was the right amount, good flavor. Latte was a latte, thank goodness! Not that I expected it wouldn't be, but still, since I needed one right then it was great! The cookies were fine as well... flavors, moisture levels, etc... Well, been there, seen it, done it... but didn't give me any reason to drive over an hour to visit again. If we lived close, it would be different.

Thought it was just a bakery, surprised when I saw food. It all looked good. We were headed to eat somewhere else but I really wanted to try the burger. They had nice looking bakery items. Clean place. Service seemed cool. I got the blueberry bread and maple pecan bread trying to avoid icing. The blueberry was better/more moist but not enough blueberries or blueberry taste. It just wasn’t all that, something to eat really. The maple pecan had less of a pronounced taste. They looked appropriate. Should’ve tried the other cakes, cupcakes, cookies and their food. Could’ve went 4-Star but didn’t wanna judge em off what I had. Looking forward to coming back to try everything. They have good reviews so I want to see for myself.

Some friends and I went horseback riding at the Trails of Serenbe and one of the guides told me about this place when I asked about places eat. We were astounded by the beauty of this quaint area. This place is like almost in the middle of nowhere. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Metropolitan Atlanta that you wouldn't realist that you're really not that far from Atlanta. Not only is it in a very attractive location but the patrons and staff were extremely nice! I had the blue eyed plate with country ham which was really good! I really can't I to go again. I loved it because it is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I was very impressed with the daisy and will definitely go there again when I go back that way. Some of my friends can be extremely finicky when it comes to their food but no one had any complaints at all. I call the Blue eyed Daisy a gem because it is one of those places that is a must go when you find out about it. Not to mention the fact that the chef was a winner on Cupcake Wars! How cool is that?! Nevertheless, if you ever find yourself in Palmetto, Georgia or at Serenbe riding horses, you MUST go to the Daisy. I highly recommend it. This was my fist visit but definitely...

Wanted to take time and express my disappointment with my salad as well as my daughter’s. First, we drove from Northern GA for our annual Mother/Daughter day. Your establishment was recommended by 2 businesses, in your area that we visited. We asked for 2 Kale grill chicken salads. We made a point of asking for another dressing other than Caesar (we realize Parmesan cheese was noted) but we were willing to accept that. But, the dressing NO. We don’t do dairy. We asked for other dressing options; which were stated and we decided on honey Thyme. We realized after tasting the salad, that it appeared and tasted as is it was pre-made with the Caesar and the dressing we requested added as well. We decided to NOT make a scene and just ask for takeout containers. I got home and investigated further and the salad definitely had Cesar components. It would have been fair to just let us know that. We would have ordered something else. We will definitely NOT be returning or recommending your establishment to any of our friends. I sent and email and called and left a message and no one bothered to get back to me. I definitely should have taken a photo. We were...
