The shipping for my mattress was about $200 (ridiculously high, but I do live way out of town). When the mattress finally arrived, it had a noticeable sag in the middle, so I called the store about it the next day. Josh flat-out denied that there could be a manufacturer's defect and told me to sleep on it for a month, treating it as a warranty problem. I followed his instructions. But since I no longer trusted him or this store, I found someone to help me to return it myself to the far better store in Huntsville where an employee told me that yes indeed, the mattress was noticeably flawed. So either Josh shipped a mattress to a customer over a hundred miles away without checking it first, or (and because of his behavior on the phone, this is what I believe) he sent out a mattress that he KNEW was damaged, figuring that he could get full price for it that way and that at the very least the old lady would have to pay another $200 to return it to him - and then another $200 to replace it, maybe? Read moreWanting my issue to be resolved. I had a problem (being nice about it) with my split adjustable base I purchased. Unfortunately for Denver Mattress and myself, the problem happened within days of Denver Mattress closing all stores due to COVID March or April 2020. Only the 2 managers of local store were working. I explained the issue with one of the managers. I was told that 1. there was nothing they could do about the damage at that time. All stores were closed and very few people in company were working due to Covid-19. 2. I would have to dispose of the furniture myself because they could not pick-up my furniture due to the pandemic. All services had been shut down until further notice. 3. That they will look into resolving after the COVID madness. A few months later I spoke with a manager and was told they could not do anything in regards to my matter and that I can file a dispute with Synchrony Bank. Read moreWONDERFUL! Today I went to many different mattress stores none of which having the mattress that I wanted to try which was a purple mattress. At each location I visited the salespeople tried to sell me products that I did not like or want. Upon entering Denver mattress I was greeted by Cameron the salesman. He was super friendly and helpful he took us straight to the purple mattresses described each one briefly and then left us alone to try them at our leisure. He was always ready and available to help and check on us to see if we needed anything. He also let us try all of the different pillow styles that purple had to offer. Not only was the mattress that we found perfect and the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on but we also got an adjustable base that is amazing. He made the process of testing and purchasing so easy! I can't wait until my new bed is delivered.
