I contacted Mr. Melton at 9:30 a.m. and arranged to drop off my flat screen T.V. at 10:00 a.m. My LG had been malfunctioning for over a year...it was TIME to get it fixed or discard it. Mr. Melton met me at the back door and carried my set in personally. He took my information and stated he would let me know by the afternoon...to be exact it was 12:10 when he called me! Continuing on, he told me what the charges would be...including tax $137.00, and here's the best part...will be ready in two more hours! When I picked up my set it was fixed and he carried it back out to my truck, taking care not to damage my interior OR my new T.V. I had just purchased...great experience!

Dropped off TV over a month ago was told would give me a call with estimate. Several weeks passed. No call. I called him and he quoted me but was very rude/curt about it. I agreed to have it fixed. He said it'd be done within the next week and would call once finished. Over 3 weeks later I called for update. Said didn't fix cause needs to make money and will be significantly more. When I asked how much more, thinking I may still be willing to pay, he started yelling at me, told me to come pick it up and hung up on me. Mr. Melton came to my Mother's home and checked her television within 48 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the television and what was wrong with it, and did so in a way that someone who was not tech-savvy could understand. He was friendly and efficient.
