Subject: Frustrating Experience & Lack of Support at AT&T Store
Today was a very frustrating experience with the lack of customer service and understanding at your store.
Here’s what happened:
My mom purchased a new phone, plus two accessories, and got one free as part of a promotion. She chose a car charger as her free item.
Later, we realized the price on my account for the promotion phone was different from what she was quoted. She also found her lost phone. So she decided to return the new phone and paid the return fee.
At the time, she believed the charger was part of the phone purchase, not the “buy 2 accessories, get 1 free” deal. So we returned the charger with the phone.
When I realized the mistake, I called and was told, “No problem—if it’s on the receipt, bring it in and we’ll take care of it. We’ll note your account.”
Today, on my one day off, I drove 45 minutes to the same AT&T store. Theo, the rep I dealt with, was not helpful, not understanding, and unwilling to resolve the situation.

Kyler assisted with exploring our options on a visit prior, with no aggressive sales tactics, only patience, and kindness. His other associates are also very polite and helpful. Kyler went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. Best cell phone store experience I have ever had. Even when they are busy, they try to help resolve everyone's issues timely. My only complaint is not with Cheboygan at&t it's with at&t/firstnet, the home wifi is terrible, and the firstnet account has some accessibility issues here and there...
Read moreThis store and the employees are amazing. Great customer service, very knowledgeable know how to treat their customers. The folks here go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. I drove to this location from the UP an hour drive and bridge fare and will always come back here for any other issue or purchase of products in the future. Arrived very upset but was quickly calmed and they assured me they'd do what they could to fix my problem. Thank you Zack, Kaitlyn and Kyler. You guys are so awesome. Left very happy...
