Rock Springs Apartments — Local services in Cheney

If you are looking for a place to live in Cheney, I highly recommend Rock Springs Apartments. This was my first time moving out on my own which was pretty overwhelming in itself but Andrey made the process super simple and walked me through everything. Andrey is really nice and if you have any problems or questions he gets back to you really quickly. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, I lived on the third floor and had vaulted ceilings which was really nice. As an EWU student, I loved that school was less than a 10 minute bus ride and is free for students so you don't have to deal with parking at school especially in the winter. I always felt very safe here, I never had any problems with noisy neighbors, I could walk to Safeway and lots of other stores if I wanted to. The only negative is the parking; sometimes you can't find parking close to your apartment and have to park on the street but this only happened a few times in the year that I lived there so it was a minor inconvenience. All in all, I think that Rock Springs is the best place to live in Cheney, I would definitely live here again if...

Moving is always stressful, and we definitely had our fair share of hiccups settling in but I have to say, the staff here has made all the difference.

The maintenance crew deserves a HUGE shoutout! They’ve been quick, kind, and thorough with every request (including rescuing my cat from behind a water heater). They show up with care and never make me feel like a burden, even with the oddest problems. Kellee was wonderful through the whole leasing process and continues to be a friendly, helpful point of contact whenever I have questions. Ashley, the community manager, has also been fantastic. always quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond to help my family get settled. I especially appreciate their understanding with my health, it means more than I can put into words to know management actually listens and cares.

Overall, while no move is without its bumps, the kindness and dedication of the Rocksprings team has turned this into a truly positive experience. I’m grateful to be here and looking forward to making this...

We moved in a few years back and I’ve been hesitant to review because I’ve never been the “reviewing” type but my wife and I are fed up and at this point want to warn people that things were quite literally falling apart on the move in date. We weren’t even allowed to see the unit or pictures of it until we moved in and things were falling apart. It’s severely overpriced for the condition the unit is in and maintenance does not show up to fix anything. The only plus is nice landlords I guess, but I’d rather have competent landlords than nice ones. For all the rules including marijuana prohibition and no smoking it is incredibly overpriced too.
