Tinker and Tamp (Tactics & Hobby Wing) — Local services in Cheney

Have been here a couple times in the last few months. The figure side is cool and interesting and the guy is helpful. The card side leaves a little to be desired. Paid abt $90 for a shrouded etb. Which okay i want to support local so I purchased it. What really sucked is when they first opened i was told I would have to pay pack price to buy a booster box. They then said I could pre-order them from them and get a better price. Sounded wierd but fair. I call awhile later and they said they dont do that at all for pre ordering. Then I try and go in and buy a booster box (just one) and they tell me im not allowed. Saying they want to save some for the other ppl. Yet they let me buy over 20 packs individually and even opened a new booster box to get me more. They of course kept the promo card that comes with it. Very wierd. Then I go in another time and the shorter heavy set guy is rude to me and very passive aggressive. Sad cuz I really Wanna like this place

Edit sense they responded. Yes some pokemon booster boxes and others do come with promo cards sealed inside the booster box. Which the employee kept. U dont get them with displays its in the box. We frequent this place weekly, and honestly, I can't say enough good things about it. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about building the kind of gaming community Cheney really needed.

Tinker and Tamp is the best place to go for all your painting and War hammer needs. Brett, the owner on that side is a wonderful guy who really works hard to help others get more access to the hobby while also not having to sell off their arms and legs. Cheapest place to go for buying War hammer stuff, for sure.
