Serendipity Coffee — Restaurant in Cheney

My fiancé and I stopped by last week and grabbed a 16 oz lotus for 4.50 and we tipped a dollar. Thought the people were nice, they talked to us, whatever. We looked back and noticed we were charged $8 instead of 5.50. We messaged them directly on Facebook and got a message back later that day saying they would handle it. A week later and we haven’t heard anything so we messaged them back asking if it had been handled and they apologized and told us to come in and we could pick up a free drink. Honestly the WORST experience ever. I ordered a regular latte with whole milk. I’ve worked as a barista for years so I know my coffee well. The shot was absolutely BURNT and watered down by the amount of ice they used. I went back through the drive through and told the girl names Abi about how burnt it tastes. She remade it but this time with oat milk.Abi was so unprofessional talking to her coworkers the entire time not paying attention to me. Serendipity Coffee was wonderful! They were very helpful and quick. I didn’t know what to order, they helped me pick out a yummy coffee that was delicious and just the pick me up that I needed! We also ordered a few steamers for my kids and they loved them. Best part was that they weren’t to hot to drink right away! I will most definitely be going back and this is my favorite coffee stand...
