Upon entry, you will pull up to the guard trailer, where you’ll check in with the on-site staff. The guard will ask for your pickup number, which typically starts with “76.”
Let’s talk customer service—it’s straightforward, but not the most welcoming. Good service should come with a decent attitude, but in my experience, the personalities here aren’t always great. I’ve been through this facility during both the morning and night shifts. The morning was manageable, but the night shift experience was poor.
After providing your pickup number, the guard will usually radio Shipping and Receiving to assign you a dock. If you’re there for a drop and hook, the guard will give you instructions on where to drop your empty and provide the number of your loaded trailer.
Heads up: Sometimes your preloaded trailer may not be ready, and you might have to wait. I haven’t experienced a live load or unload here myself, so I can’t speak on that part of...
Read moreI don’t know what drivers are crying about over the years trying to get here. It’s as simple as follow the truck route that leads you to this company. If coming from the north, drive down highway 1/9(Prove St) and jump on the truck route going east “Front Street”, continue on that and it changes to “Church St”. Make a left on “2nd St” that changes names multiple times but stay straight on it until you run into “Hwy 52”. Make a right on 52 going north, then you will see a sign on the left for “Carolina Canners” which is “Inglis Rd”. Follow all the way around till you come to the truck gate of customer. Swing wide if you need to or go past the gate and turn right into the guard shack. I don’t get why people had so many issues with this. Google maps isn’t going to route you correctly for a big truck unless you are coming...
Read morePicked up a load from here not a bad place for a pickup or a delivery. There 24hrs Mon -Thur. Friday hrs are different. Vast parking lot plenty of space for anything related to satisfy hours of service. It did take little longer than 3hrs to get loaded due to few trucks ahead of me but I had food on truck plus able to get a good nap in. Huddle House with fairly big smooth dirt lot for big truck parking nearby. Grab food before you head here my advice. Access to the facility requires experience got to make a sharp button hook turn off US-1 onto Inglis Rd follow it around to back side passing brick project community on left side. There’s a few directional signs on US-1 getting you to Inglis Rd then it should be obvious from...
