Food was nasty and the staff was unfriendly and inattentive.I was overcharged and so I asked for the manager and I was told that he was not there and then I call back to discuss the price they charged me and then they said the manager will be back in an half an hour. So in 30 minutes I called back and asked for the manager and the young person that answered the phone said with a sarcastic tone " why do you won't to talk to the manager.?"But I told him because," I want to talk to the manager about my bill." ,So the manager got on the phone and started speaking Spanish even though I know he can speak good English .So when I told him to speak English he said you know Spanish speak to me in Spanish.I said yes I know Spanish but I want to talk to you in English.So I told him I was coming inside the restaurant to discuss my bill .So when I got inside before I could say anything to him he he told the kid at the register to knock one dollar off my bill but the next time I come I will have to pay before I eat. I told him "how do he know its going to be a next time " and that his restaurant is not the only Mexican restaurant I can patronize.And he said well that was fine with him.I was really shocked at the manager attitude.Just because I wanted to discussed my bill with him he wants me to pay before I eat. Read moreWell let’s start off by saying, When I came in I was not greeted nor felt welcomed. Then the guy told us to take a seat. We decided on where we would sit and sat down. The same guy that told us where to sit came to ask us “What would you like to drink”? We told him to give us a min.(Note: He only gave us one menu while others were given two or more). Well 10 mins later he decided to come back and take our DRINK order and asked “what would we like”? We didn’t know at the time but before we could even say give us a minute he decide to just walk off and tell us to take a minute. Well that turnt into 30. A new customer comes in and he sits and waits at their table as if he didn’t have more tables to intend to. NEVER came back to check to see if we needed more time or to do HIS JOB which is being a waiter! We have been at this establishment more than several times and have many problems before. Read moreUPDATE: Went by tonight and sadly they dropped the ball alot, not only did I NEVER GET A REFILL ON MY DRINK, but I was swatting so many flies I should've just ate outside it would've been less out there. I definitely believe it was the food (not saying its nasty) bc there were no flies before that other than a lone fly. They (workers) just seemed to watch, while not trying to do anything. I just kept swatting till my daughter was done and asked for a to go box which they took forever to come over and ask if I needed anything I might add. They tried toward the end to be cheerful with my daughter and when I forgot my plate the waiter ran out with it to give to me(which was nice, but would've appreciated it the attention the whole meal.) Overall a bad visit and no it wasnt busy 4 other cars were there. I'll try during winter when flies aren't horrible. Food is still great though.😩
