I recently visited [IGA] and was shocked by the unprofessional conduct of one of the employees. This individual was openly using foul language in front of customers and displaying negative, disrespectful behavior toward elderly patrons. Such actions are completely unacceptable, especially in a business that serves the public.

Employees should be trained to treat all customers — especially seniors — with patience, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience showed the opposite. I hope management takes immediate action to address this behavior and ensure this store maintains a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for everyone.

Until I see improvement, I will not be returning and cannot recommend...

I'm not sure what kind of kids you have working at the Cheraw IGA but he was more worried about bagging my groceries quickly rather than doing it gently. He almost broke my eggs due to throwing them onto the counter while rushing to bag everything else. I had one item per bag and had a total of about 10 items. I understand it is hard to find people to work nowadays, but they need to be taught manners rather than to worry about a time clock. He was rushing to bag items so quickly that he had no care in the world that he was about to grab the cashier across the counter due to her not even having the chance to take her hand off the item before he was already...

In these times of shut downs and sickness, I went to this store in cheraw SC in search of eggs, I looked everywhere from Rock Hill SC to wadesboro NC looking for eggs and I happen in this iga, I have passed it on many occasions traveling for work and went inside and low and behold they had eggs, and tissue and cereal, wow I'm impressed with them the store was neat and tidy as well as being restocked, I also need Canola oil that was on sale... And I didn't see any on the shelf a nice young man said let me go to the back and low and behold canola oil... I'm impressed with you IGA, and the prices were good to thank you for being there for me in these...
