If I could give less than one star I would! The first time I shopped here I was very impressed! They had everything I needed in the same place. “Vape juice and atomizer’s”…. I have shopped there 3 times now and all 3 times I have purchased the same atomizer. Every time the price was very different! First time I paid a little over $5 for a single atomizer. I was fine with that. The local vape shop had the same item for $4. The second time I got an atomizer the price was over $7 for a single atomizer… so I stopped there tonight for the same item. Tonight the atomizer was over $8. I GOT 3 ATOMIZER’S FOR $31.and some change!?!? Crazy part is I can’t be mad!!! I didn’t pay attention!!! I trusted a new business! And I promise I am all for the new or more so local business! Anyway I bought the atomizer’s. Got to the car and the bank notification caught my attention on what really just happened. I went straight back in and tried to just simply return the items. I DIDN’T EVEN LEAVE THE PLACE!!! After a long talk with the owner/manager, the worker returned to tell me they couldn’t and wouldn’t do any type of return or exchange!!! Each time I have stopped the workers have not had a clue what they have! Nothing on the shelves has a price! The place has no organization! Basically if you like gambling your money away then this is the place for you. Otherwise find somewhere else to shop! You pick the product…they take it to the register with their best guess on what the internet might call it and that’s the price you pay!!! All I can end this with is SHOP AT...

Was just visiting Huntington on Monday and tried the Lulus downtown and was referred to this one if I wanted THCA. I go in I get told the gasfather partIII was the go to choice I get it. Of course I tried the device in shop and it hit wonderful I go 3 days with it it finally hits 0% (still practically full of the liquid) and I go to charge it and it’s just not charging. I called the store and I was told about their policy which I know it’s the same policy every shop I go to and I stated well ma’am I was told to hit it and make sure it hit I wasn’t aware I was supposed to try and charge it in the shop as well ? If that were the case there should be a charging station that customers are sent to after every purchase. All in all was told I should call back another time to see if I can get the person that sold...

The store looks cool from the outside but once inside the lighting is too bright for me who has severe light sensitivity. Either bright LED's being slowed down in frequency of blinking would be nice or less and/ or less florescent light. Im super sensitive to light and the LED bright light are attractive to the outside of the store but the inside it literally made me spend less time in the store. I understand wanting to light your merchandise but it was a bit much for me. Very good variety of vapes and glass pieces. The employees are very attentive and accommodating and knowledgeable.
