All I can say is amazing and thank you!!! When I called this company this morning I was not expecting to get the outcome that I got. Right now my family is struggling very bad we are barely sliding by and when the washing machine broke to be honest it was heartbreaking. I called this company this morning to see if they maybe had a cheap washing machine I could get for $50 or less or if there was a possibility of having my machine repaired for $50 or less. The gentleman I spoke with ask me what my budget was and I told him the predicament that we were in and how we haven't even paid this month's full rent yet. The gentleman on the phone ask me what my washing machine was doing after I told him he said don't worry about it I will send someone out either today or tomorrow to fix your machine. Of course I expected him to tell me it's going to cost me $30 for the repair or more but no instead he sent someone out here to fix my washing machine the same day just a couple of hours after I called and it was free of charge. Of course this brought me to tears and I had to thank him and the Lord for really looking out for us today. The two gentlemen who came out and fixed my washing machine not only were so nice and funny but they also cleaned my washing machine for me. Hands down this was the best experience that I've ever had with any kind of appliance company. So again thank you for helping my family today and...

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DRYER I PAID FOR. I bought a new Maytag Washer and used Kenmore Dryer for $650. He had the price on the washer at $550 and price on dryer was $225. Mr. Cole said he'd sell them to me for $650. I agreed and paid for them in full. Upon delivery later same day I noticed the dryer was not the same one I bought. The vent grid inside this one has rust and the knobs have a rubber coating that are sticky - obvious signs of heat exposure. Mr. Cole was called and he told me "if I had an issue with it I could exchange within the 90 day warranty". Mr. Cole should've immediately had his deliverymen go back for NICER DRYER I PAID FOR and took the cheaper dryer he sent! Re the washer - after 3 weeks I noticed no cold water coming out when selected COLD WASH - it was completely HOT. After checking the hoses it was obvious his deliverymen hooked it up backwards. I'm no expert but I think I can match red to red and blue to blue. Both units work - I'm happy with the washer but NOT with the cheaper dryer he decided to give me rather than the one I paid for. I HATE touching the nasty sticky knobs every time I use it. Will never go back or recommend his service. NOTE: I also gave him my old working dryer yet he still played the switch game on me and did not make good on the sale after I called him out on it the day it...

I cannot rave about this place more. We bought a washer and dryer from them almost two years ago, and this last week we had our dryer go out. We gave them a call and they had a repairman out the next day and he had it fixed in no time. He was SO sweet, and incredibly patient with my one year old who kept trying to bring him books to read and running around his feet upon his arrival and as he was trying to leave. And then, a few days later our dryer went out again. We called them back and they said that they’d have someone out as soon as they had an opening in the schedule, which didn’t end up being for two days which they apologized profusely for even though it was really no trouble. Yesterday they came out to do what I thought was a repair service, but they ended up just replacing our whole dryer, absolutely free! Harry, the owner, said that with the part that was broken on the dryer it had seen its final days and would have just kept going out, so they replaced it for us! And, the same repairman actually remembered my daughter’s name.

We’re a military family, but as long as we live in Norfolk, all of our furniture and appliances will be bought through No Stuff. Absolutely, hands down the best service I have ever been given. You cannot go wrong...
