Super Mart — Local services in Chesapeake

The older man that took my order about 40 minutes ago totally SCREWED UP my order!!!!! 2 cheeseburgers, fries & soda & an order of gizzards. I don't eat mayonnaise, so, one burger all the way, no mayo. My daughter doesn't eat tomatoes, so one burger all the way, no tomatoes. Why did the burger with no tomatoes have No mayo either and why did the burger with tomatoes habe hella mayo!!! Since I drove a ways to get there, I called back, told the guy about the error. Do you know what he said....wipe the mayonaise off with a paper towel and come and get packets of mayo!!! We had words.....nothing disrespectful, but I was getting pissed!!! I'm the end, he said it was done as I asked....like I done know I'm allergic to mayo or that my daughter is allergic to tomatoes!!! All he needed to say way, my apologies, we made a mistake. I wasn't going to drive back there anyway, t was too far. I just wanted them to know. Moral of the story...they can never get my business anymore, or my family's business, or my friends business. My loss on the money, their loss in tentative...

They have a great barbecue sandwich, and they aren't afraid to stuff their subs with some meat, given either Subway or Super Mart for a sub, we will choose Super Mart every time, We order quite often and have never been dissapointed. Just call ahead and it's ready when you get there, or if you decide to wait it won't be long, they're fast...

Working a hustle here . Having been a frequent customer for literally years I was very surprised to see a 75 cent charge on my receipt to actually have the food cooked as well as a upcharge for paying with a debit card ...outrageous ...avoid this...
