It's a local bar. The atmosphere is laid back and the ages vary from 24-70. There is a wide range of people who come in. For the most part everyone knows everyone that comes into the 33rd. Bartender service was slow but good. The food quality was bad. Got three orders of wings and steamed shrimp to-go, and the wings were entirely too hard, so hard and super dried out that we couldn't even bite into most of them. We had to trash most of the wings., so it was a huge waste. There's no way the cook didn't see those wings were inedible, but still chose to put them in the to-go container and served them.
