Do not recommend buying online from them at all! Super nice to start but when I tried to exchange the boots that did not fit the lady came up with every excuse to not refund my money. I tried on on boot in my kitchen (no dirt, hardwood floor) realized they were too small so I sent them back and that's when she caught the biggest attitude telling me the boots were used and unsellable, they had dirt all over them and scuff marks. When I asked for photos it looked as if she threw sand on them and was not the boot I even took out of the box to try on.... highly disappointed with this company and will spread the word to NOT buy online from them unless you want to...

I have been a customer of Carol's for years. I am a rider and a horse owner. I have purchased rider apparel and tack, and it is the only shop in CT that I purchase from. I have stopped ordering online too. The inventory is amazing and at all price points. Bridles and saddle pads are a specialty, with great selections and value. Helmets from Italy, clothing from small batch companies as well as Ariat, Kerrits, Montar, Uhip, etc. Great selection of horse treats and grooming supplies, too.
