Completely unprofessional. If you wish to be personally insulted and bullied, this is the place for you. The owner not only appears to believe a customer doesn’t have the right to have his or her opinion of how he or she would like a garment to fit, she believes she has the right to throw insults as she pleases. When I mentioned I’ve been to a few weddings lately with my boyfriend, she commented that I reminded her of that movie where a woman is “always a bridesmaid, never a bride.” She’s told me that my hair color makes me look “immature and unintelligent, you need to change it.” And I stood there for an additional hour (not having any tailoring done) having to listen to her political commentary. She even refused to alter a dress that was clearly a size too big (that was the whole reason why I brought it in) because she believed the bra I was wearing wasn’t good enough.
