Opened up at 11:30, walked in at 11:32. Never been here before but i can say one thing, I’ve visited MANY pho places over a course of 20 years and i can say this place is by far the best I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere was great, smelled nice and clean. We were greeted by staff upon entering. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and smelled amazing. We ordered 2 appetizers which consisted of chicken wings, very crispy and also had flavor. We also ordered the chicken egg rolls which were absolutely amazing. The combination pho which had rare flank steak and some tripe in it, never tried tripe but i will definitely get it everytime i go. Iwas very good and they give LOTS of noodles. The broth itself was very tasty and i had plenty of onions and garlic inside which is definitely a plus for me because i love those. Our waitress Michelle was very sweet, beautiful smile and was on top of it all. For just opening 30 minutes in, the place was already up to 10 people seated and eating. Service was quick and Michelle was constantly coming back to our table to assist us or ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything whilst also attending other customers coming in. Very pleased with this place and this will be our new place to...
Read morePerfect place for comfort and warmth! Came in during a rainy day and was able to enjoy the best food ever.
We shared and started with fried shrimp tempura and calamari. The dipping sauces added more spice and they were fried to perfection.
For our entrees, I got Orange Chicken with Jasmine Rice. I love how the rice was brought out, it came in a traditional rice warmer container and was so freshly made. The chicken was crispy and filled with flavor, loved how it was garnished with the oranges, peppers, and onions. My boyfriend got the Traditional Pho. He was able to garnish it with the bean sprout, onions, lime, and sriracha. It was delicious and reminded us of our friend’s mom’s recipe.
Definitely worth trying and willing to come back to try...
Read moreStumbled upon this sweet little restaurant by chance after a family visit in the area. I enjoyed steamed Edamame and Larb. The food was delightful, but most important to me with this visit was the customer service! I didn't realize until a few days after getting home to VT when I went to use my credit card, that I had apparently left it in the bill fold at the restaurant. Called hoping they had it, and they did. Michelle was wonderful! She remembered serving me, remembered what I had, and the next day dropped my card in the mail back to me. Such a relief to not have to cancel my card and all that was attached to it! Thank you Michelle! And I will definitely visit Pho & Spice again on my...
