Cheshire Nursery Garden Center and Florist — Local services in Cheshire

I used Cheshire nursery for a landscape project last spring, their sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out materials, though their installation service was truly a disappointment ! As I explained to their lead installer part of this project required moving several yards of topsoil (already on site) over to the area of the new privacy shrubs, these 10 shrubs were being planted along the side of a property line berm and this soil was needed to complete the task, no soil was moved and these plantings were basically just set in place for me to mound up and plant myself . This was the main reason of hiring a contractor, to move soil ! After paying premium prices for materials and labor for ALL PLANTS , their no return visit , me having to finish this work myself along with adjusting several other trees left leaning credits this business with a poor review. Don’t hire these people for landscape installation , Their fraudsters and a total Rip-off , I was charged labor for 10 trees that were not planted ! Additional note * Shortly after the work was completed one of my irrigation zones became faulty , months later it was discovered while C.N planted one of my other trees this line was damaged , unbeknownst to me at the time , C.N made repairs to the line and continued to plant this tree right over the repaired line instead of moving it over a few feet ?? This was another great move by Cheshire nursery , why plant a tree right over a irrigation line ? I had to eventually dig up the tree and move it to repair the line (again) which by this time wasn’t an easy task due to root growth already settled in around the...

I went to the store yesterday to ask a question about my hibiscus which I planted in the pot. I showed the picture to a man named Billy and he was insisting that the plant has not enough or too much water. I told him that this can not be the reason, because I have been planting the hibiscus trees for 20 years and never had a tree looking like this, plus I have few other trees which are just fine in the same area. At the moment I said that he turned out to be so rude and arrogant. I was shocked that anybody who cares about selling anything in the store and cares about having customers can be so rude. I asked him why can’t he be nice and helpful. In return he just turned around and left. I was shocked.
