Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Cheshire

Ordered on the application at this store for pick up and the teenagers at the store said they never received the order. We pulled up proof that the order was sent and charged to my debit card and then 3 kids looked at my wife like she was crazy and wouldn’t fill the order. This happened on 9/10/2023. The children were very unprofessional and laughed when I explained to them what happened. We came into the Cheshire store and created a personalized birthday cake to be picked up two days later and the store forgot to make the cake. It was on their board to be picked up, but it was not available and would take 1.5 hours to make the cake and pick up in another store which would make it late for the party after driving it back from the other store. Went a few days ago to pick up blizzards we ordered on the app. We only used the app so we could get the digital exclusive flavor and they were made so poorly.
