Urban Floral — Local services in Cheshire

I am posting two reviews for two arrangements sent through Urban Floral based in Wolcott, CT (and I was ordering from Boston and I wanted a local florist) :

My sister-in-law was hospitalized at St Mary's Hospital, Waterbury, for several days for trigeminal neuralgia, which is very painful. When she was discharged to go home to Prospect, I ordered a colorful bouquet, the designer's choice arrangement, and Jorge was very helpful and I knew that he would put together a stunning arrangement. The flowers cheered up my sister-in-law and she was touched by the gesture. She sent me a photo so I could see the arrangement, which was equally beautiful to arrangements that I have ordered in the past from Urban Floral in Wolcott, CT. I highly recommend buying from this Business. Their customer service is excellent, and I will be back many times over. Thank you Urban Florist and Jorge for your creativity and putting a smile on my sister-in-law's face!

May 7, 2022: I called and spoke with Jorge on Mother's Day weekend for a bouquet for my Mom's best friend, who I visited and took out to lunch on the Friday, May 6, 2022 before Mother's day weekend. I had tried several florists and they all said that they were at capacity with orders for Mother's Day. Jorge took the order, and I asked for a cheerful array of flowers, and attached is the photo, which is one of the most amazing arrangements that I have ever sent. Jorge is professional, an excellent listener, and delivered on time, and even called afterwards to let me know that the arrangement was dropped off. My Mom's best friend is 96 years young and was thrilled! This is one of the best florists that I have ever done business. If I could give Jorge 10 stars he would get this rating! Superb! Jorge was a dream to work with and I would use him again and again. He was recommended to us and his reputation holds true. He is truly an expert at his craft and you can tell that his work is his passion. He went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream vision for our wedding, ensuring that we got all the little details that we wanted. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I have been working with Jorge for over 10 years on so many occasions and when I say he never disappoints. My mom recently passed away and the flowers he did for her funeral were just breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for anything better during such a difficult time. If you are looking for someone who is professional, beyond talented, trustworthy to nail exactly what you need then Jorge is your go to floral designer....
