Bagel Factory & Deli — Restaurant in Wolcott

I work there for 1 day and by the end of the day that I ask for my paying the manager and the manager wife didn’t treat me with respect and through raises comments to me and I just quit on them they complain on how I did thing wrong but is was my first day there and they didn’t even teach me and than try to fired me without giving me a chance but since I saw how disrespectful they were being towards me I decided to quit and not come back and on the other hand I’m a 16 year old girl pregnant and they complain about it too like okay I’m not gonna get disrespected by u guys I’m done. I don’t recommend this store what do ever for anyone. My experience wasn’t a great one I ordered a bagel with egg cream cheese bacon and avocado I waited 30 minutes for one bagel and then when I came up to check to see what was taking so long the blonde lady had me pay for my order then I was waiting an additional 10 more minutes until my friend got up to say something turns out they didn’t even call my order and it was just sitting there the whole time and the brunette women claimed she didn’t know anything she apologized but I think it was intentional because she had called my friends order I felt like it was a race thing because other non black people were getting served before me and just had came into the establishment . The most amazing bagels and deli ever! The store is immaculate. The owners not only serve their bagels fresh twice a day but are very dedicated to their community. After I had the privilege of going to their store they found out that I was a volunteer at the Hospitality Center for the Homeless. Despite being a small business they immediately asked me if they could help by donating their amazing bagels to our center and have done so everyday since. These owners are truly beautiful people who not only care about their customers but also care about serving the less fortunate in their community!
