Being disabled, with a lot of issues with pain and sleep, I've visited many dispensaries looking for help and relief. But I've rarely found much of either.

Down to the Roots has been one of the few if not only places with a wonderful atmosphere, outstanding management and friendly and knowledgeable staff that have gone out of their way to help me out.

I deal with a lot of nerve pain, which is incredibly hard to treat with conventional medicine. The last time I was there, one of the women working was talking to me about what she uses for similar issues, and helped me pick some stuff out.

I can tell you, without exaggerating, that that conversation has been life changing.

I got a simple pot of topical cream with THC, to try on my legs to help me sleep. The neuropathy keeps me from sleeping, at all, almost every night. I've been miserable and barely functioning because of it. This cream has quieted my legs enough that I can actually sleep! No opioids. No smoking. No highs. No handfuls of other prescription pain relievers. Just a simple pot of cream, and it's absolutely changed my life for the better.

I still have pain issues, as it's not a 100% fix, but I went from having issues sleeping every single night, to now maybe once every 2 weeks? These folks have helped me solve a serious problem that numerous doctors have been unable to help with, for that alone this place is 5 stars...

When I first walked in, I immediately was engaged with the artwork on display, very big talking piece, very beautiful & raw, completely Down to the Roots! Employees are very knowledgeable and are interested in helping you find a product that best suits you and your overall wellness. I was introduced to new products that I haven't tried before and ended up really liking them such as their hash gummies, the blackberry flavor and live rosin delicata grapes vape cartridge. My favorite pre-rolls thus far have been Ferns flowers, afghan kush, Treefrog Farms Tropicana OG and sweet Tooth! I cannot wait to return and try their many other strains of flower. I will definitely be back to check out the bud bar & hopefully purchase some...

Down to the Roots is situated in a beautiful building inspired by rural Vermont architecture. Inside you will find welcoming and educated staff members to assist with your needs or questions. There are a wide variety of products and accessories available and a menu listing the THC products in stock.

Pricing is reasonable. There are discounts for medical card holders, seniors and another category which escapes my mind. I visited during a promotion where a well-known celebrity was promoting his product line. There were discounts offered on those items.
