I’m feeling really disappointed and saddened by my experience with this jeweler I chose to convert my pendant into a ring. I had high hopes after providing them with pictures of what I wanted, and they even took their own photos to ensure they understood my vision. Initially, I was quoted $350, with the promise of an accurate quote upon pickup.

However, when I finally went to collect the ring, I discovered that they hadn’t placed the pendant on the correct side. This mistake meant I had to wait another week for it to be fixed. The jeweler mentioned a discount would be applied due to their error, which I appreciated, but when I returned, the final cost was still the same as the original quote, with only a 15% discount for their oversight.

While the initial look of the ring was beautiful, I couldn’t help but notice that the detail of adding the band seemed rushed and sloppy. As a retired soldier, I value precision and craftsmanship, and this just didn’t meet my expectations. I was excited to support a woman-owned shop, but now I feel let down and disheartened. I will not return, spend my money at this location or provide a referral to fellow...

I went here to have my fiancee's ring resized. The ring is an estate piece from the 1930s. They told me the band was too thin, so they had to do a half shank to resize it. When I got the ring back, the new shank wasn't straight, some of the milgrain detail added back onto the new shank was askew and didn't look like the original ring, and a portion of the ring above where the shank was added was damaged. Some of the floral detail in the ring had been ground off.

I returned with the ring to have these issues addressed. The shank was straightened and the milgrain on the shank looked much better. On the portion of the ring where some of the original detail was damaged, they added a design back in, but this design didn't match what was originally there. To make the ring symmetric, they modified the other side of the ring so it would match the new design that they added. This was done without consulting with me at all.

Ultimately, I think the ring looks ok, but I will not be going back here in the future. I was first given shoddy work and when they fixed their work, they made unauthorized changes to the ring. I would not recommend trusting them with...

While we waited for the resize, we were given a glimpse into their wealth of knowledge about the jewelry industry, the process of jewel making, and had the chance to see some beautiful stones.
