Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

My husband got off work and came to this TB to order us dinner right before heading home. He ordered both of us what he thought was the Chicken Grilled Stuffed Burrito. The drive-thru employee asked if he wanted anything else and he proceeded through ordering. We both get home, open the burrito and it has greasy cheese melted to the top. He said he had no idea what that was supposed to be I took a bite and there was just rice and cheese, a random burrito. We drove back through the drive-thru to find out the Chicken Grilled Stuffed Burrito is no longer even available. She asked what it is we're there for with an attitude because she was confused. We wanted a remake. She told us we needed to go inside because she didn't know what we got. We went inside, halfway dressed in our Army uniforms because we thought this process would be made simple, so we looked jacked up. The employee inside asked what we needed. We explained the whole situation and he was just confused the whole time, too. He asked us what we got instead and we said some random burrito with rice and cheese. We handed him the bag, he opened it and the burrito wrapper, then slid the bag and food into the trash with an attitude. He asked just like this, "so what is it you want?" with the attitude like we did something wrong. We asked for Chicken Burrito Supremes. He went back to make them and all the while he was speaking to another employee, looking like he was talking smack about our situation. I already saw they didn't fill the burrito very well, but when we got home, it confirmed that. It was a nice little appetizer we got for dinner... thanks for nothing...

Visited the location at 6501 Centrailia Rd Chesterfield Va at 9:00pm. I ordered 1 mexican pizza combo 1 steak quesadilla combo (dbl grilled) and 2 nacho fries. When I drove thru I was told a total over $30 so I checked before card was entered that everything was correct. I was told it was, so I gave my card. After receiving the receipt I see that all my items were there and also a $6.99 double grilled burrito. So I point out the mistake and handed back over my receipt and was then given that $6.99 amount back. I received my food and left. I wish I had asked for receipt back bc when I get home there are like 3 quesadillas, the burrito I didn’t order and my Mexican pizza. NO NACHO FRIES. I would have rather received my correct order with the 2 nacho fries than all this extra stuff that I didn’t even order. It was a manager who took my order and she really should slow down a bit and just listen when customers are ordering bc she was cutting me off half way through every sentence at the speaker....

I went today and regret my choice to eat there. The staff were loud with each other- laughing, jokimg and unprofessional. The cashier just looked at me when I walked up to the register. Apparently he is too cool to greet customers. After paying, I said "thank you" out of habit. He responded with "mmm-hmmm" and went back to laughing, joking and being loud with the staff in the back. I love Taco Bell food, but the food here was horrible. The Mexican pizza was very puny...almost no real substance to it with chewy tortillas. The hard tacos also had chewy shells; they also had very little cheese or meat, but were LOADED with lettuce and sour cream. Between the chewy shells and globs of sour cream, I had to eat my tacos with a fork. Go to Taco Bell, but definitely not this one! I should have gone with my second craving, which was Wendy's. Eating here left me feeling disgusted about the food I ate questioning what the staff may have done to it because there was a lot of...
