One of the worst experiences of my Life!!I purchased 2 phone and 2 plans.One for me and another for my mother who just recently had a stroke and is home bound..any once we got home there is no service in our home& very limited service in my area.Theres supposed to be a 7 day return policy.This store is so getto , they won't refund ANY of my money because I am missing the bottom half of the card board box that the phone is in!Absurd! Not only that they asked me to go. Another store where they don't want to help. Went here twice first time was 45 mins before closing they said I wanted to much with getting my phones hooked up and they was closing soon. Second time after getting my phones hooked up in NJ came back and they said they could not access my account. If you're reading this call 611 they can help you faster.
