One of the worst experiences of my Life!!I purchased 2 phone and 2 plans.One for me and another for my mother who just recently had a stroke and is home bound..any once we got home there is no service in our home& very limited service in my area.Theres supposed to be a 7 day return policy.This store is so getto , they won't refund ANY of my money because I am missing the bottom half of the card board box that the phone is in!Absurd!
