Voltage Vapin' — Local services in Chester

I started with Voltage Vapin' in February 2020. They took the time (over an hour!) to set me up with a vape kit that met my needs and wishes. But the best part has been the follow-up visits. Each time I have an issue with my vape, they have helped me to fix it. They don't just lean in to upsell me or get me to buy something new - they ALWAYS help fix the issue (as long as it's fixable, which has been my situation thus far). They even helped me over the phone to fix my issue. I'm so impressed by this as most places will try to sell you something new or a replacement part that you either don't need or already have. I will remain a VV customer based on this honesty and transparency alone, let alone the quality of products and the professionalism of the staff....

Absolutely in the top two stores on Planet Earth that I love! The other is a gun shop, so go figure how Voltage Vapin rates compared to all the other Vape stores. I owe my life to these guys for being a smoker of nearly 30 years, it was Voltage Vapin that got me off of cigarettes and Ive been smoke-free for going on 3 years. Their customer service is over and beyond, and I wish their SOP could be a bible to big box and chain stores. Every employee knows the products, and they will guide you whether you're a new customer or an old veteran like myself. I'm not normally one to post reviews, but Voltage Vapin has a fantastic crew. I have been vaping on and off for the past 8 years or so. (Smoking to vaping, vaping to smoking, etc). Ever since I started vaping, I have always gone to Voltage Vapin and they have always been nothing but fantastic.
