We used 5 Alarm BBQ LLC for our family graduation party and everyone was raving about it!! One of our guests said our plates were too small for all the great choices - everyone went back for seconds!! The ribs were perfectly flavored, the chicken legs were juicy, the pulled pork paired with sweet rolls and cole slaw was the dish of choice for the college boys and the brisket had amazing flavor. We also ordered the cold shrimp skewers, the strawberry salad and the mac and cheese, all of which were crowd pleasers as well. They supplied us with extra bbq sauce, cocktail sauce and slad dressing so we would be sure to have enough. Our favorites off the menu were the pulled pork, honeyed cornbread and mac & cheese (so good, it’ll make your grandma take notes) but we heard compliments on every single dish!
