Delivering Experiences — Local services in Chesterfield Township

We used "Delivering Experiences" for our daughter's bat mitzvah in NYC in the spring of 2024. Very simply put, we were absolutely delighted with everything they offered:

*The quality of food. It all starts here. The cocktail hour -- each passed hors d'oeuvre was terrific -- a steak/mashed potato dish, lamb lollipop, chicken parm, and slider -- with the presentation to match (on their own, DE packaged the sliders in a mini-burger cardboard case with our daughter's initials on them, plus each dish had a napkin with the dish printed on it, a neat touch I'd never seen). We did a buffet dinner for the main course -- sushi and a Mexican station -- both were top-notch (I have very picky sushi friends who loved it) ... and then dessert was an ice cream bar -- can't go wrong with that ... but the presentation also was terrific.

*The presentation. I already mentioned it -- overall, fantastic. On their own, DE took my planner's mood board and matched all the logos and colors with their own set-ups of the buffet and ice cream station. Everything was super-neat and cleverly laid out.

*The service. Juan (the owner) was great in the run-up to the event, but we had never met him in person (only zoom) and weren't sure what to expect. He was at our party and oversaw everything closely. His staff -- from bartenders to servers -- were great. People were raving about the bar -- the setup and the service.

The quality of food, the attention to detail, the clear pride in all of it -- we were thrilled with Delivering Experiences and will absolutely be hiring them again for our younger daughter's bat mitzvah in a few years. Delighted to leave this review and hope it encourages others...

The. Best. Ever.!!!!! Juan and his team were absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I got marred this past July 22, 2023. Our goal was to have a very non-traditional wedding, but black-tie classy wedding with no sit down dinner . We absolutely did not want that typical "wedding food" (you know, the stuff no one likes). We found out in the spring time that the gentleman who was supposed to cater for us lost his restaurant. Our planner found Delivering Experiences , and to our luck, they were available! We were so blown away with Juan's creativity, he is a true artist. Not only was the food delicious, but the display was just absolutely out of this world. We had a charcuterie table (with all of the things, including veggies), Brushchetta table (with a ton of different types of seasoning options), and other passed apps for cocktail hour. We asked Juan if we could have shots of tequila passed around during cocktail hour (like we said, we did not want this to be the typical wedding), and he so creatively put the shots in cut-out jalapeño peppers (LIKE WHAT!! SOO cool)!! Everyone raved about the service, the jalapeño shot, alll of the food , and the overall display. For dinner, we had two stations-- Italian & Mexican. I could go on and on, and I am happy to do that with anyone who needs more details!! We are truly just so happy the stars aligned and we had Delivering Experiences as our caterer. Our friends and family continue to tell us how amazing the food was. Juan is not only an excellent business owner , but he is also very kind person and a joy to work with. I can see us staying in touch with Juan for years to come. 10/10...

There are not enough words to express the joy and thanks we have for Delivering Experiences. Hands down, one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process was hiring Juan and his team. My husband and I decided to do the unthinkable... craft a custom, unique, story-telling tasting menu for our 250 guest wedding. Crazy right? Well, not for this team. Juan brought all of the tools in his toolbox to this project. We started from scratch - what are our favorite flavors, what do we love about a meal? Things we had never discussed or thought about, but made us fall in love with this process. We had meetings, tastings, design sessions and even created our own signature cocktails! After months of careful design, we crafted a menu that spoke about us as a couple and as individuals. The final result was outstanding. The flavors were excellent and the dishes came out looking like a high-end restaurant presentation. Juan sourced everything for us - napkins, plates, chargers, utensils, glassware, you name it! The full vision of our wedding day came to life on the table. It was perfection. Not only was the food a success, leaving our guests and families raving about it, but the STAFF WAS AMAZING too. Juan came with a full team of bartenders and servers to execute this incredible feat. They were professional, organized and delivered premium service to our guests, all while remaining calm.
