The GREATEST customer service. I recently went through a split with my significant other. She had my phone turned off because she was the account holder. I forget the gentleman's name behind the counter. "Manny". He made every attempt to get my old phone turned back on. When our attempts where unsuccessful, he cut me a wonderful deal on a new phone and new plan trying to help me out knowing the situation I was in. What a great guy. Went into metro PCs new Baltimore today to get put on my fiances plan and get a new phone customer service everywhere lately is very lacking but here..... Joe Hanna was absolutely amazing!!! He looked at our plan and immediately saved us money!! We got a great deal on the new plan and the phone and accessories!!
