AT&T Store — Local services in Chesterfield Township

DO NOT go to this location. The reps there (especially the manager Rita & assistant manager Taylor & rep Cal/Cale) are extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional and think they know everything. We asked a simple question & they all started ganging up on us & yelling. They lied to our faces and gave us false information because they didn't want to be held responsible for a product we wanted to return. Then when we called customer service they proceeded to tell the supervisors that they're wrong. Those people are extremely shady. As we left the rep (Cal/Cale) mumbled under his breath & laughed then stood at the window & watched us as we left, making us feel extremely uncomfortable.Then he had the nerve to prank call us twice, minutes after we left the store...yes we know it was him. And now he is sending us nasty texts from anothe random number. If this harassment doesn't stop we will get the cops involved. I will never use AT&T again & am cancelling our service with them immediately. AT&T should rethink their choices when it comes to the reps they hire because the majority of the workers at this location make AT&T seem like it's all about taking your money. I almost can't express the level of outstanding customer service I received from Rita, Autumn, and Arnes. Dealing with cell phone and internet carriers has been one of my LEAST favorite chores for many years, but not anymore! Rita and her team KNOW their customers...and I mean, they know their names when they walk in the door! I felt like I was on a television show that was depicting what living in a small town is ideally supposed to feel like. Except that there store was BUSY and not exactly in a 'small town'. This team truly works together to ensure that each customer, has the services and products that best suit their needs and made the switch to a new phone and new internet provider so easy and uncomplicated for me, definitely going above and beyond any expectations. I haven't used AT&T before. Honestly, I will stick with this provider simply because of Rita and her team. She's created an absolute Vibe and it's well worth the half hour drive from my house and a couple more dollars a month...

I had numerous unsuccessful calls to ATT on phone, and on line to lower my bill. It went on for over 2 1/2 weeks with no end in sight. I went to this ATT store and explained my problem and frustration with ATT. I spoke to Rita. I had 1 flip phone and 2 smart phones at the time, ready to go to another carrier. Rita said there was no need, she could help me out, and mentioned u-verse. I told her that if she helped lower my ATT bill, I would switch from cable to u-verse.

Well, within 45 min., I had THREE smart phones, on my plan, and saved $30.00! Then Rita quoted me the U-verse, and I said to go ahead and set it up. I went in the store as a "last ditch effort", and, walked out within an hour happy, saving $79.00 a month between Cable and the phone. Rita saved ATT a customer, and I know where ATT hides their quality help! Right on 23 Mile road! All employees were smiling, helpful, and very thorough.
