For starters i hate the fact that there is absolutely no organization there... You can't even find toddler boy clothing because there mixed in with older boys clothing! ( i like the way it was when you guys were in new Baltimore) it really makes me want to walk out. I was there today an other people were saying the samething. 2nd... Your guys prices are crazy for 2nd hand stuff. You get it for FREE an you mark name brand stuff up so high no one wants it let alone can't afford it! an lets not mention the stains on the clothing. You have had the same Hollister jeans in your store for 4 months who is honestly going to pay $17 for a used pair of jeans. That is just insane!! I use to love going to your store. Since you moved to chesterfield its like a rape me store. 3rd off... There are many things i see with stains, rips, holes, zippers broken ect... ( if you go check it over GOOD) dont you have people go through this stuff an weed it out... 4th some of the people who work there are just ass holes!!! They have no respect for this store. Who wants to shop with rude employees??? 5Th clean the dang bathroom!! I actually left my daughter had to go potty an no way in heck will i let her use yours!! Word of advice.... Clean this store up. No one wants to shop in filth!! Organization the kids clothing ( who cares about the color code) i want to be able to go in an find what i need an get out i dont have hours to go through the stuff. An get rid of the stains up crap with holes. When you start listening to the customers then i will come back an give a better review. Intill then this is what you get..... Get...

So I was on my way to check out and the store had been opened for a while it was around 3pm, I go in looked around saw a few things I wanted. So as I worked my way to checkout I greet one of the cashiers. She immediately was just like Iām not opened I have to count my draw down. So that was strike one. Then as I stood there trying to figure out if any of the other 2 cashiers were open the other cashier just stood there for a minute as if he didnāt want to service me. He saw me walk all the way to the other side of the counter just to finally say oh I can take you right here⦠now keep in mind I was purchasing a juicer, and I seen the plugs where the electrical stuff was but one of the workers told me they test it at the counter before we leave but when I asked the guy to test it for me. He said very rudely that they donāt do that and that I should have tested it before I came to the counter. So he basically wanted me to go all the way back over there just to test it when they had plugs up there alreadyā¦.. so after that 2nd rude encounter with them. I just left everything there and walked out the store because I refused to spend my money anywhere Iām not treated with respect, and great customer service. AND I WILL...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been shopping exclusively second- handstores for last 20 years since my granddaughter was born. When I was young and had a professional career and husband, my shopping home was SOMERSET MALL, every week. Now, retired/divorced,my shopping places were GIBRALTAR and Salvation Army stores.
This is particularly about the 23 Mile Store. The last 3 times I went there, I was unable to find anything worth buying because the damn prices are too damn high. I can go straight to Burlington and get NEW and somes DESIGNER BRANDS tops and bottoms for ar least %75 percent cheaper than the Salvation Army prices. What's going on there? I heard from some SA volunteers from corporate that there have been some inproprieties and cash thefts due to substance abuse problems. Possibly, that's why these prices far exceed other SA stores. Managers are strenuously evaluated often, and cash intake is a pressurized goal to meet daily, especially if fewer customers are coming in the store. You'll find prices increasing there seemingly every 10 days. I just can't do these SA Stores anymore. Good luck guys...giving them...
